1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Anbessa Imports website and any quotation, supply, or service request submitted through it. By using this website you accept these terms in full.

Anbessa Imports is a registered Ethiopian company operating the Anbessa Medical and Anbessa Electrical sourcing and supply divisions, with its head office in Bole Sub-City, Addis Ababa.

2. Information on This Website

Product descriptions, specifications, images, and technical documents are provided for general guidance. Manufacturers may revise specifications without notice, and the specification confirmed in a signed quotation or contract prevails over anything published here.

Prices are shown as TBC (to be confirmed). All pricing is issued per order by written quotation and remains valid only for the period stated in that quotation.

3. Quotations and Orders

A quote request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not an order. No contract is formed until Anbessa Imports issues a written quotation or proforma invoice and the client confirms it in writing.

Lead times, delivery schedules, and payment terms are agreed per order and are subject to shipping, customs clearance, and manufacturer availability.

4. Regulatory Compliance

Anbessa Medical operates under EFDA Registration No. 14280/MDICER/2024. Medical devices are supplied strictly in line with Ethiopian regulatory requirements and manufacturer instructions for use.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that equipment is installed, operated, and maintained by qualified personnel in accordance with the documentation provided.

5. Warranty and Support

Equipment carries the warranty offered by its manufacturer, as stated in the applicable quotation. Warranty claims require the original invoice and evidence that the equipment was used as intended.

Installation, training, and after-sales support are provided as described in the agreed scope of supply.

6. Intellectual Property

The Anbessa name, lion mark, logos, page content, and downloadable flyers are the property of Anbessa Imports or its partners. They may not be reproduced or redistributed for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Ethiopian law, Anbessa Imports is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on published information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and the courts of Addis Ababa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
