Our head office is in Bole Sub-City, behind the Japanese Embassy, on the road between Bole Sub-City HQ and Egzabherab Church, in front of Chiko Restaurant, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Contact and enquiry forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of your message or quote request.

Career applications and interview bookings: your name, phone number, email address, and the details you choose to share about your application.

Technical data: basic, non-identifying information such as pages visited, collected to keep the site secure and improve its content.

3. How We Use Your Information

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and provide after-sales support.

To assess job applications and arrange interviews.

To send transactional messages such as enquiry confirmations and interview confirmations. We do not sell your information or use it for unsolicited marketing.

4. Sharing

Information is shared only with our own staff who need it, and with service providers who host this website and deliver our email. Manufacturers or logistics partners receive only what is necessary to fulfil a confirmed order.

We may disclose information where required by Ethiopian law or a competent authority.

5. Retention

Enquiry and order records are kept for as long as needed for the commercial relationship and to meet legal and tax obligations. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for up to twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
